One Place - One Farm - One Spirit - an Irish Single Malt Whisky where the whole process from the selection of the barley to the bottling of the spirit is followed and logged.
This expression is made from barley grown on Ballymorgan Farm, harvested on 13 September 2015. The spirit was distilled in 2016, matured in a combination of American and European Oak casks for 3 years, 10 months and 23 days and bottled in July 2020.
This is one of 9,000 bottles, bottled at 50% alc/vol with no additions and unchillfiltered
HEAD DISTILLER'S OBSERVATIONS:
Appearance: Golden barley, with oils that slowly caress the glass.
Nose: Green apple, milk chocolate, malty, pears, dried fruits, rhubarb and custard - but with more custard than rhubarb.
Taste: Green apple coated in caramel, cloves, custard - a spicy tingle, with liquorice and mint chocolate.
Finish: A gentle heat lingers in your mouth and as it slowly fades; oiliness is left with a spicy chocolate.

Click & Collect
You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
