On a cold winter's night this works amazingly well with a shoulder of slow roasted lamb with garlic and rosemary. Then simply carve and drizzle with this dressing to lift the dish to a whole new level. Or pan roast some scallops and see how the sweetness of the fish works with the sharpness and acidity of the raspberry and the hint of fire from the black pepper.

You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
