This flour is produced by gently milling the rye grains, then slowly sieving out the coarsest bran to create a very light rye flour which can be used on its own or mixed with Shipton Mill organic white flour.
Ideal for use in rye breads, Scandinavian crispbreads and perfect for use in sourdough breads and starters.

Click & Collect
You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
