Cyder vinegar is typically used in sauces. After cooking meat dishes, deglaze the pan with cyder vinegar and use to create a jus, gravy or sauce. Cyder vinegar can also be used in salad dressings or marinades. Cyder vinegar is also often taken on its own by the spoonful. A couple of teaspoons per day is believed to have a number of nutritional benefits, including the regulation of blood sugar levels at bedtime and the balancing of PH levels within the body. It is the subject of ongoing research.

Click & Collect
You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
