Produced in Portree, Isle of Skye, this gin uses 11 botanicals in total including; Juniper, coriander, grains of paradise, orris root, liquorice root, black cubebs, lemon peel, cassia bark to name some and one which is top secret and only comes from the Isle of Skye.
Distillers' tasting notes:
The gin is Juniper heavy but not too floral with earthy undertones and a hint of spice, subtle flavours of citrus with a refreshing after taste.
Distillers' serving suggestion - "THE MISTY ISLE SERVE"
We recommend that you enjoy our gin with a Scottish tonic water or Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic water, garnished with a twist of fresh orange peel.

Click & Collect
You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
