Sugar Kelp seaweed, the key botanical, is gathered by hand by diver Lewis Mackenzie from sea-lochs around the Outer Hebrides before drying and then combined with 8 other botanicals from around the world to make this unique Scottish Gin.
The palate offers notes of juniper berries, bitter orange peel, coriander seed and liquorice root, as well as sweet-and-salty sugar kelp.
The iconic bottle design reflects all of the elements of the distillery and community's close connection to the sea.

Click & Collect
You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
