This limited release was distilled on 5th September 1997, matured in traditional ex-whisky casks and transferred to Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for the remainder of maturation on 10th March 2016.
The distiller's tasting notes:
Nose: Sultanas, figs & dried fruit with sweet berries, balanced with a peppery smokiness.
Palate: Roasted nuts, fig rolls, vanilla and caramel, sweet mouth feel with a layered character - sweet and fruity developing to peppery smoke.
Finish: Peppery sweet.
Bottled on 23/01/2020 at a natural cask strength of 50.0% alc./vol. with no added colour and non-chill filtered.

Click & Collect
You can click and collect your order from us, usually same day if you order before 1pm. Just show us your confirmation email when you arrive at the shop. We are open from 9am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9pm until 5pm on Saturdays, and 10am until 4pm on Sundays, excluding Christmas Day & New Year's Day.
